Matthew’s practice covers a broad spectrum taxation law including personal and corporate tax matters and the resolution of tax disputes. Matthew completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Victoria, obtained his Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary and then obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Calgary in 2007. Matthew received many academic awards in law school including the Dean’s Prize for attaining the highest academic standing in his class in the second year of law school, and awards for highest academic standing in Natural Resources Law, Constitutional Law and Contract Law. Matthew joined Felesky Flynn in 2013 after articling and practicing in Calgary at a national law firm and practicing in Kelowna, British Columbia. Matthew is a member of the law societies of B.C. and Alberta.
