Joe was a founding member of Felesky Flynn LLP in 1978. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1994, and was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta in 1995. Joe offers tax advice on a wide variety of matters including resource taxation, mergers and acquisitions and dispute resolution.
Joe has been a sessional lecturer for the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Alberta and the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary. He has been part of the instructional team for the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Oil and Gas Taxation and Mergers and Acquisition programs.
