Jason’s practice covers a broad spectrum of taxation law matters including corporate, personal, farm and estate tax planning as well as representation in dispute resolution and litigation matters. Jason joined Felesky Flynn LLP as an articling student in 2014 upon completing his Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Economics) (with distinction) from the University of Alberta in 2011 and his Juris Doctorate (with distinction) from the University of Alberta in 2014 where he received multiple awards for academic standing including the Cruickshank Karvellas Prize in Taxation and the Felesky Flynn LLP Scholarship in Taxation Law.
