Ryan Antonello is a partner at Felesky Flynn LLP whose practice focuses on sophisticated tax planning and restructuring matters. Known for his problem-solving approach, practical judgment, and business acumen, he advises private enterprises and individuals on advanced domestic and cross-border tax planning, corporate reorganizations, succession strategies, and transactional tax planning. He is regularly engaged on matters involving significant scale and technical complexity.

Ryan brings a distinct combination of legal and accounting expertise to his practice. Prior to joining Felesky Flynn LLP, he practiced for five years at a global accounting firm. As both a tax lawyer and a Chartered Professional Accountant, he delivers solutions that are technically rigorous, commercially practical, and defensible.

Ryan is actively involved in professional and community leadership and regularly engages with the tax community on complex and emerging areas of tax law. He speaks fluent Italian and values time with his family.
