Kyle’s practice covers a wide range of tax law matters, providing businesses and high-net worth families with tax advice on restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and tax dispute resolution matters.

Kyle is a sessional instructor in tax law at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law, a director with the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society and is a regular presenter on tax topics in other forums. Kyle received many academic awards in law school including the Law Society of Saskatchewan Gold Medal and Desjardins Top Eight Academic All-Canadian. He was also the captain of the University of Saskatchewan Men’s Huskie Hockey Team during law school and remains involved in the sport by coaching minor hockey in Calgary.
