From corporate, personal and estate tax planning to dispute resolution and litigation, Jason’s practice covers a broad spectrum of tax law.

With a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from the University of Alberta, he has won an array of academic awards, including including the Cruickshank Karvellas Prize in Taxation and the Felesky Flynn LLP Scholarship in Taxation Law. Jason has also presented on emerging tax issues at CPA conferences.

Skilled at legal research and writing, as well as simplifying complex provisions, he’s enthusiastic about delivering a competitive tax advantage, in real dollars and cents.

In his spare time, Jason volunteers with Edmonton’s Accessibility Advisory Committee.
