Prior to joining Felesky Flynn, Dennis articled at a multinational accounting firm in Toronto and clerked for the judges of the Tax Court of Canada in Ottawa.

He holds a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, a Master of Arts in Pacific Policy Studies from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Policy Studies and International Relations from Syracuse University. He is a recipient of the Queen’s Law Prize in Taxation and served as Vice-President of the Law Students’ Society. Outside of law school, he volunteered with the community volunteer income tax program helping individuals file income tax returns.

Dennis is fluent in Korean and English.
