Ben joined Felesky Flynn LLP as a summer student following his first year of law school. Currently completing his articling year, Ben practices in a variety of tax law areas, where he is developing a broad foundation in tax law, with a particular focus on corporate reorganizations, personal tax planning, and estate planning.  

Prior to law school, Ben worked at a mid-sized public accounting firm in Edmonton, where he gained experience in corporate reporting, compliance, and audit. He earned his Juris Doctor (with Distinction) and Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta. During his legal studies, he received the Felesky Flynn LLP Scholarship in Taxation Law and was named to the Dean’s List in his final year for his academic excellence. 

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys watching hockey, camping, video games, and spending time with friends and family.
